 In order to offer you a high level of protection when you make a reservation in our house and to save you future trouble and costs, you can secure yourself in advance and take out insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

With both insurances offered, a Covid insurance cover also applies automatically and at no extra charge. You can find more information about insurance cover here .

If you make a binding reservation by e-mail, we will be happy to send you the link to the travel insurance on request.

 If you book via our website, you will automatically be offered the insurance.

Payment options:

 Please note that only cash payment is possible in our house.

 Check-in/ Check-out:

->  Arrival possible from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m

->  Departure no later than 09:30 / 10:00

For better planning, we ask you to inform us about your approximate arrival time before your arrival. If the arrival time differs from the time specified by us, we will be happy to inform you by telephone or e-mail about the further procedure.

Parking:

There are free parking spaces directly in front of our house. If you want to arrive with several cars, please let us know shortly beforehand.

 Cancellation Policy:

Bookings from 02.05.2023 - 22.11.2023 - free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price, in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price.

Winter season 2023/ 2024: Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before arrival - after that 100% cancellation fee.
